Russell Albion "Russ" Meyer (San Leandro, California, 21 de marzo de 1922 – Los Ángeles, 18 de septiembre de 2004) fue un camarógrafo, fotógrafo, guionista y director de cine estadounidense.

He is known primarily for writing and directing a series of successful sexploitation films that featured campy humor, sly satire and large-breasted women, such as Faster, Pussycat! Kill!.
