The Count Draynor character is loosely based on the popular Count Dracula from a 1897 horror novel of the same name. In the past, Count Draynor would jump out and attack people even after completion of the quest, and he is invincible to any damage, by healing quickly.
Count Draynor is the target in the Vampyre Slayer quest which requires the player to kill him to save the people of Draynor Village, who have been terrorised by Count Draynor for centuries.

Draynor Manor is a large haunted mansion north of Draynor Village. Its owner is Count Draynor Drakan. It consists of four levels and is central to three quests. It also holds the portal that grants access to the dimension where killerwatts reside.
Count Draynor is a monster who lives in the crypt below Draynor Manor (which he owns). He is the vampire who is attacking Draynor Village for blood during the night, which leaves citizens afraid they're next.
