Charles Michael "Chuck" Schuldiner (13 de mayo de 1967, Long Island, Nueva York, EE. UU.-13 de diciembre de 2001) fue un músico estadounidense, guitarrista, vocalista, compositor y miembro fundador de las bandas Death y Control Denied.

Schuldiner started playing guitar at the age of 9. His 16 year old brother had died and his parents bought him a guitar, thinking it would help with his grief.
