After "Lost", Davies joined Timothy Olyphant, Walton Goggins and Margo Martindale on Graham Yost's acclaimed, Emmy winning FX show, "Justified", based on a short story by the great Elmore Leonard.

Davies won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series in 2012 for his portrayal of Dickie Bennett in the series Justified (2011–2015). He also received the BAFTA Award for Best Performance in a Video Game for his role as Baldur in God of War (2018).
Aside from his role as Dickie Bennett in Justified, Davies is perhaps best known for his roles as Corporal Timothy E. Upham in the film Saving Private Ryan, and his role as physicist Daniel Faraday in the TV series Lost.
