Vanilla Mochi Rating: 9/10 Since I’ve failed to get my hands on the ube mochi I’m the past, I decided to give these a try. I’ve never had mochi before so this was a fun experience. I really enjoyed the chewiness of the rice dough paired with the creaminess of the ice cream.

So I took the mochi cake mix, replaced the water with coconut milk, then -. -Melted some butter and put it in the bottom of the pan, -sprinkled a whole bunch of light brown sugar over the butter. -lined it with pineapple slices and put in some candy cherries. Baked for 50 minutes!
