If you search them up on Google you'll see no difference between them two! Phantom Golden Freddy is not really a thing. But there is a golden freddy costume on the very far left of the screen sometimes right inside the door.

Phantom Freddy appears in the FNaF 3 section of the Freddy Fazbear Virtual Experience as a distraction in a similar way to his original appearance. However, he only jumpscares the player in the Oculus versions.
