Nacho Cheese Dorito Meatloaf. By bklynmommy. I decided to make a meatloaf, using Doritos, instead of breadcrumbs. Boy was it delicious!! I was truly surprised at how much I enjoyed this meatloaf. I am not a big fan of ground beef, but Hubby and my nephew are always commenting on how good meatloaf would be. So I caved and finally made them one, LOL.

The other man noticed my son wasn’t in Troop 376 (BSA) attire. He said when he was my son’s age he created this recipe. So, we are trying it. It smells really good... Doritos Meatloaf. 12 de mar. de 2024 · I’m a big fan of old-school ground beef tacos and this meatloaf tasted just like them. I loved the swap of Taco Bell Fire Sauce for ketchup and the simple addition of Taco Bell Taco Seasoning Mix. Both solidly brought home that big taco flavor. And let's not forget those Doritos either.

This is our favorite version, but it’s very easy to personalize by mixing in black beans or serve with sour cream and cilantro. Just mix up ground pork, ground beef, a 10-ounce bag of Doritos, salsa, cheese, taco seasoning, and eggs.
