CITV was re-launched on 26 May 1998 following a change of studio. The strand adopted the slightly different name of CiTV and re-introduced live in-vision continuity. On-screen logo used for idents from September 1998 until August 1999.

After the withdrawl of the ITV generic look, this new look was introduced to CITV completely devoid of connections to the main corporate ITV logo once more. The logo itself remained in use throughout the 90s in different, with modifications to the surrounding presentation instead.

On 8th September 2003, the logo was changed from 3D to 2D, which resulted in a new set of idents appearing. At the same time the CITV Studio also given a make over, with two new presenters. Michael Underwood and Leah Charles-King left in December 2003.
