Paul Fleming (Hartenstein, 5 de octubre de 1609 - 2 de abril de 1640 ) fue un poeta y médico alemán del Barroco perteneciente a la Primera escuela de Silesia.

Paul Fleming (also spelt Flemming; 5 October 1609 – 2 April 1640) was a German physician and poet. As well as writing notable verse and hymns , he spent several years accompanying the Duke of Holstein 's embassies to Russia and Persia .

The son of a Lutheran pastor, Fleming was studying medicine and composing Latin verse at Leipzig when he met.
