Georgiana, Lady Burne-Jones (née MacDonald; 21 July 1840 – 2 February 1920) was a British painter and engraver, and the second oldest of the MacDonald sisters.

Burne-Jones had an artistic vein, though it remained undeveloped due to constraints imposed on her by the conservative Victorian society , but also by her own family.
Georgiana and her sister Agnes received attention from prospective suitors including members of the Birmingham Set, a loose group of visual artists and writers of which her brother was a member. She married the Pre-Raphaelite painter Edward Burne-Jones, a member of the Set, during 1859.
Georgiana Burne-Jones was introduced to the Pre-Raphaelite circle through her relationship with the man she would later marry, her childhood sweetheart, Edward Burne-Jones. The daughter of a Methodist minister, Georgie was the fifth out of eleven children.
