Charlotte of Hesse-Homburg (Charlotte Dorothea Sophia; 17 June 1672 – 29 August 1738) was a Duchess of Saxe-Weimar by marriage to Johann Ernst III, Duke of Saxe-Weimar.

Caspar Gerhard Klotz (1774-1847) was born in Mannheim. He was the son of the painter Mathias Klotz and the brother of the painters Joseph and Simon Klotz. He worked in Munich and became court painter to Elector Charles Theodor in 1794. In 1803, he was in Paris, then in Vienna and other German and Austrian cities.
