Nilüfer Hatun (Ottoman Turkish: نیلوفر خاتون, water lily, called also Lülüfer Hatun or Ülüfer Hatun, died c.1363), was a concubine of Orhan, the second Ottoman sultan, and the mother of Murad I, Orhan's successor. She was the first Christian slave origin woman to became the mother of an Ottoman Sultan.
Nilüfer Hatun, (doğum adı Holifera, Holophira veya Olivera) (d. 1283, ö. 1383 veya 1388, Bursa), Yarhisar Tekfuru'nun kızı, Osmanlı Devleti'nin ikinci padişahı Orhan Gazi'nin eşidir. Rumeli Fatihi Süleyman Paşa ve Osmanlı Devleti 'nin üçüncü padişahı I. Murad 'ın annesidir.

Orhan Gazi'nin eşi, Murat Hüdavendigâr'ın annesi olarak Osmanlı Devleti'nin kuruluşuna katkı sağlayan Nilüfer Hatun, Rum asıllı bir kadın olup gerçek adı Holofira'dır. Bursa ve İznik'te camiler, imaretler, medreseler ve köprüler yaptırdığı için Türkiye'nin tarihi yapılarından birininin anısıdır.
Nilüfer Hatun was the first foreign wife of Orhan Ghazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. She converted to Islam, had two sons, and built many charitable structures in Bursa and İznik.
