Matt (Joseph McFadden), a young Londoner, is down in the dumps after his girlfriend leaves him. His pal Vinnie (Matthew Delamere) and Vinnie's lover, Susie (Kate Ashfield), do their best to cheer him. Matt tries dating again, but he just cannot find the right woman. Complications arise when Matt and Susie begin having romantic feelings for each other.
Heartbroken after being dumped, Matt sets out to try to understand what women want. Through a series of one-night stands and failed romances, his quest leads him to the realization that the right woman for him may actually be his best friend’s girl.
