Anna Maree Devenish Meares OAM (born 21 September 1983) is an Australian retired track cyclist. She currently resides in Adelaide in South Australia where the Australian Institute of Sport's Track Cycling program has its headquarters at the Adelaide Super-Drome.
The most successful female track cyclist in the history of the UCI World Championships, Anna Meares is also Australia’s most decorated cycling Olympian, with six medals to her name.

Meares won five Olympic medals across her storied track sprinting career, including gold on debut in the 500m time trial at Athens 2004, and sprint gold at London 2012.
Anna Meares is widely regarded as one of the greatest track cyclists that Australia has ever produced after having won 11 world championships and six Olympic medals including two gold over a 14-year cycling career.
