Jeff Hiller (born 1975/1976) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his portrayal of Joel on Somebody Somewhere. He is also known for his role as Mr. Whitely in American Horror Story: NYC.
Jeff Hiller is an actor and comedian known for Somebody, Somewhere. Hiller started as a performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and has also performed on Broadway in "Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson", in NYC's Shakespeare in the Park, and Off-Broadway in "Silence" (The musical version of "Silence of the Lambs").
