Accident of Birth is the fourth studio album by Bruce Dickinson, released on 3 June 1997 through Castle Communications' sub‑label Raw Power in the UK and through CMC International in the US. Dickinson's second collaboration with guitarist/producer Roy Z, the album is markedly different in style from his previous effort, Skunkworks.

Accident Of Birth - One of the heaviest tracks on an already heavy album, this one is a classic. Much like the opening tracks, this one locks into such a great groove. One of the catchiest choruses of Bruce's solo career, this one is an excellent sing-along track.

Paradoxically, Smith contributes a dud, Welcome To The Pit, but much is forgiven when the other Smith track is the awesome melodic heavy metal of Road To Hell:
