‘Reign Of Terror’ is a sign that Sleigh Bells haven’t changed much in 21 months, but they certainly sound different. Even though the sample-heavy nature of ‘Treats’ worked to a marvelous extent, ‘Reign Of Terror’ is based much more on hair-metal reminiscent guitar riffs.
