Léon Eugene Barzin (November 27, 1900 – April 29, 1999) was a Belgian-born American conductor and founder of the National Orchestral Association (NOA), the oldest surviving training orchestra in the United States. Barzin was also the founding musical director of the New York City Ballet.
The National Orchestral Association's founding conductor, Maestro Leon E. Barzin, was born in Belgium in 1900, and came to the United States with his parents at the age of two.

Léon Barzin (né à Bruxelles, le 27 novembre 1900, décédé à Naples, Floride le 29 avril 1999) est un chef d'orchestre américain, né belge. Il est le fondateur du National Orchestral Association (NOA) 1, le plus ancien orchestre pour la formation des jeunes aux États-Unis.
