Eddie Myer. Senior Lecturer. Eddie teaches at BIMM Institue Brighton. He has been a member of the band Turin Brakes since its inception in 1999. He’s recorded on their gold-selling albums, toured with them and performed on TV and radio all around the globe.
I’m a bassist, composer, gig promoter, teacher, journalist and writer. Previous to this, I’ve been a builder, tractor driver, worker on an injection moulding production line and worked in supply and distribution and waste disposal, but I don’t think an occupation really defines a man.
