Shah Khalil Allah III ( Persian: شاه خليل الله سوم ; 1740–1817) was the 45th Imam of the Nizari Ismaili Shia Islam community. Khalilullah Ali III was born in 1740 in the city of Kirman.

The Imam Hasan Ali Shah was born in 1804 in Kahak, Iran to Shah Khalil Allah III, the 45th Ismaili Imam, and Bibi Sarkara, the daughter of Muhammad Sadiq Mahallati (d. 1815), a poet and a Ni‘mat Allahi Sufi.
Moḥammad-Ṣādeq Maḥallāti (d. 1230/1815) was a Neʿmat-Allāhi Sufi, initiated by Moẓaffar-ʿAlišāh; and his son, ʿEzzat-ʿAlišāh (d. ca. 1245/1829), was another prominent Neʿmat-Allāhi dervish.
Shah Khalil-Allah III, who succeeded to the Nizari imamat in 1792 after his father Abu’l-Hasan ‘Ali, known as Sayyid Kahaki who governed Kerman under the Zands for almost half a century, re-established himself in Kahak soon after his accession.
In 1817, the 45th imam Shah Khalil Allah III was killed after a dispute between the Nizari and Twelver followers. He was succeeded by his thirteen year old son Hasan Ali Shah as the 46th imam. After a dispute in Mahallat left the family penniless, Hasan Ali's mother went to the Qajar court to seek justice for her family.
19 de dic. de 2014 · Imam Khalil-Allah II, the 39th Nizari Ismaili Imam, was the last Imam to reside in Anjudan; he died in 1680 and was buried there. His son and successor, Shah Nizar, for unknown reasons, transferred his residence and the headquarters of the Nizari da‘wa to Kahak during the earliest decades of his Imamat.
