Escritor, ensayista e historiador inglés, Keith Lowe nació en Londres en 1970. Estudió Literatura Inglesa en la Universidad de Mánchester. Tras formarse, trabajó como editor de libros de Historia, experiencia después de la cual decidió dedicarse en exclusiva a su labor como escritor e historiador.
