Their first two albums were characterized by the extended, experimental improvisation typical of psychedelic and progressive rock.
Dreams, Dreams, Dreams is the sixth album by the Canadian rock band Chilliwack. This was the eighth album (including two as The Collectors) done by the band's core of Bill Henderson, Glenn Miller and Ross Turney, and the third with Howard Froese.

Riding High is the fourth album by the Canadian rock band Chilliwack, released in Canada in April 1974. It was the band's first album with new guitarist/keyboardist Howard Froese, and contained the top-10 (in Canada) hit "Crazy Talk", which was co-produced by Terry Jacks of Poppy Family fame.
When Howie Vickers left the band to pursue a solo career, the remaining members of "The Collectors" continued as "Chilliwack". My school-mate and best friend, Howard Froese, joined the band in 1972. Howard passed away in 1992, age 39.
