coroner-reunion .com. Coroner is a Swiss thrash metal band from Zürich formed in 1983, better known for the lineup formed in 1985. They garnered relatively little attention outside of Europe. The band broke up in 1996, but reformed 14 years later. [2]

There was already an earlier more rock-oriented incarnation of Coroner formed between 1983-1985 with Marky and Oliver Amberg. According to Oliver Amberg, the band played several gigs and recorded one demo in 1983 with Amberg on vocals, bass, and guitar, and Marky on drums.
