This is Stephen Miller, who most Southern Rock fans will know as the keyboard player/singer who joined Grinderswitch for their 'Pullin' Together' album (their third). Before that, Stephen played as 'Steve' on early records of Elvin Bishop.
Elvin Richard Bishop (born October 21, 1942) is an American blues and rock music singer, guitarist, bandleader, and songwriter. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the Paul Butterfield Blues Band in 2015, and in the Blues Hall of Fame as a solo artist in 2016.

This solo release by Stephen Miller includes four tracks by the personnel of the last line-up of Linn County though the band had split up by the time this album was released.
Totally underrated beautiful solo album by ex-Lynn County keyboard man/singer. On half of which he's backed by Linn County and the other half by the Elvin Bishop Group. I guess at a stretch you could call this the fourth Linn County album. Mostly bluesy rock, as you'd expect...
Linn County also headlined or played with Ike & Tina Turner, Earl Hooker, John Lee Hooker, Paul Butterfield, Bo Diddley, Howlin' Wolf, Elvin Bishop, Charlie Musselwhite, Steve Miller, Albert Collins and a host of others during music festivals.
