Ralph II (French: Raoul II) Count of Vermandois, known as the Younger and the Leper, was born in 1145, and died June 3, 1167, from leprosy. Ralph began reigning over Vermandois when his father died in 1152, and ruled until his own death in 1167.

Vermandois was a French county that appeared in the Merovingian period. In the tenth century, it was organised around two castellan domains: St Quentin (Aisne) and Péronne (Somme). Pepin I of Vermandois, the earliest of its hereditary counts, was descended in direct male line from the emperor Charlemagne.
