Some of my own ideas: Enemies should stop spawning on top of you. If a room spawns waves of enemies, either increase the timeframe where they're inactive, or force them to spawn away from you, or TP the player to a safe spot. The way that range and shot speed scale should be tweaked.

Items like sharp plug, schoolbag, D infinity, bag of crafting, spindown are S tier if we look at the long term items in isolation, while mom's knife, c section, sacred heart and brimstone are that for raw power.

9 de jul. de 2024 · In The Binding Of Isaac, you can find many items in various places. Items are divided into three major parts, Activated Items, Collectibles, and Trinkets. Activated Items must be activated with Q to apply thier effect, and can only be used once.
