Just good starter seeds. There's not that many seeds in terraria that can actually make the game more fun or just any better than other seeds, and the ones you may find don't affect the gameplay much anyways, unlike the secret seeds, so either just make a world with a random seed or play on a secret one (also random) idk man but 817247 is ...
based on my extensive experience with pseudo-random world generation algorithms (from apps which pre-date Terraria!), I believe that the same seed with the same options (difficulty, evil, and very importantly, world size) will be 100% identical at the start of the game.
