So, in the end, what do you all think were Eren's true thoughts about his older brother, Zeke? Did he hate him deep down due to their opposite world views? Was he indifferent and couldn't care less about him? Or did he have some sort of sympathy towards him and his painful past with their father?
It did help Mikasa finally find the resolve to kill him, and that was the entire point of the visit. Consider the timing which it happened, and the doubts that Mikasa kept dwelling on.
In particular the time Mikasa and Eren spent in the Paths dimension. I love the idea that because time is different there, they did actually live out 4 years of happiness and that Eren gave this to her so she could have the closure she needed to kill him.
