2 de jul. de 2024 · Unfortunately there were engine failures in some Odyssey, Pilot, and Ridgeline vehicles. There is a recall, but those are VIN specific. You could certainly get a second opinion at another dealership or independent shop.
Some background: all check engine lights came on simultaneously. The rpm’s sputter and the accelerator isn’t responsive. It won’t reach speeds over 55. I wheeled it in to a Honda dealership who said the code was related to the fuel injector, so that’s what they fixed.

7 de jul. de 2024 · I have a 2018 Honda pilot with 131k on it. I keep getting a transmission too hot warning light. I have flushed the fluid, had a transmission cooler installed, there is no shudder or jerking, there are no leaks or smells of fluid. I have to pull over let the engine rest for 20 mins or so and then can resume driving until it comes on again.
