So I'm in the process of gsr swapping my 96 ls (obd2a). I'm using a obd2a gsr engine harness and matching ecu. Is the swap a straight plug in play or do I still need to run a wire from the vtec solenoid to the ecu?

Has anyone ever done this swap? I got one for super cheap and it would be perfect for my build.
