In 2002, Lord retired and was replaced by Don Airey , which saw Deep Purple settle into its longest running line-up, unchanged for the next twenty years, until Morse announced his departure from the band in 2022.
Hace 2 días · After the Dregs disbanded in 1983 (they’ve reunited several times since), he formed the Steve Morse Band and released a pair of well-received instrumental albums: 1983’s “The Introduction” and 1985’s “Stand Up.” He then joined the rock group Kansas for a few years before relaunching his eponymous band, which continues to this day.

The band are touring in support of their new studio album, Out Standing In Their Field, out now via Eagle Rock Entertainment.
2 de jul. de 2024 · There were two bands, both with Morse on guitar – the Dregs and the Steve Morse band. In addition to Morse, his band consists of drummer Van Romaine and bassist Dave LaRue. All this guys are fucking monsters but La Rue is something else again.
