Hace 3 días · For soil pH, 50 mL of deionized water was added to 10 g of air-dried soil (corresponding to a soil/water ratio of 1:5). The mixture was shaken for 30 min on a mechanical shaker, and pH was measured by a pH meter (Orion 3star, Thermo Electron Corporation, Waltham, Ma, USA). Soil organic matter content was measured by the Tyurin method.
