30 de jun. de 2024 · Edward Cromwell, 3rd Baron Cromwell, (c. 1559 – 27 April 1607), married first Elizabeth Upton (died 1592/3), of Puslinch, Devon, and then Frances Rugge (died 1631) of Felmingham, Norfolk, by whom he had a son, Thomas Cromwell, 1st Earl of Ardglass and two daughters, Frances and Anne.
Hace 5 días · The second creation came in 1375 when Ralph de Cromwell was summoned by writ to Parliament as Lord Cromwell. His grandson, the third Baron, served as Lord High Treasurer to King Henry VI. However, on his death in 1455 the barony fell into abeyance between his nieces Maude and Joan.
