9 de jun. de 2024 · Replacement Shifters/Derailers for 3x8 Shimano groupset. I have a 2013 Raleigh Hybrid Misceo 2.0 that has as Shimano 3x8 groupset and the rear 8 speed shifter took a dump on me. It no longer shifts into a lower gear and after taking it apart it appears that the pawl cannot reach the gear teeth in order to shift because the sping has lost tension.
