Lewis is known to have some sort of relations with Marnie, as the shorts he lost and brown suspenders are found in her bedroom.

Its happened twice on my two playthroughs already where i give sam the bouquet on year 1 and i become his secret gift-giver on year 2. I don't think that's happened to me, but I'd be interested to know how the game chooses these things, because I just got the same two people on two different files within a few days.
