28 de jun. de 2024 · Sir Charles Tupper, 1st Baronet (born July 2, 1821, Amherst, Nova Scotia—died Oct. 30, 1915, Bexleyheath, Eng.) was the premier of Nova Scotia from 1864 to 1867 and prime minister of Canada in 1896, who was responsible for the legislation that made Nova Scotia a province of Canada in 1867.
