Tom Hanks doesn't voice Woody in this short though, he has a younger brother named Jim who does all of the voice work for Woody when the character doesn't appear in the Toy Story movies. So this Lamp Life short is Jim's Woody, but it's Tom's Woody in Toy Story 4 (and the 3 movies before that).
