30 de sept. de 2024 · I just heard from a friend that he experienced a similar problem whereby suddenly, for no apparent reason, his MS Outlook email client could not access his @outlook.com email account but was able to access his @gmail.com account, and this has happened to him on random occasions. As in my case, he could access his @outlook.com account via webmail.

11 de feb. de 2019 · In Safari for instance, you can open a new private window through Command-shift-N. Private windows won't use your cookies, so it won't auto-connect to a different account, and the cookies will be deleted once you close the window, so it won't affect the default account in Safari. 14 de mar. de 2024 · Open Outlook. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, select your account (profile). Click Repair. Note that the Repair option might not be available if you’re using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook.

hotmail.com is nowadays just one of several aliases for outlook.live.com, so that's where you'd expect to end up. Just sign in with your Hotmail email address and password when you get there. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I am trying to sign in to hotmail.com, but keep getting live.com.
