Take me away from here [or out of here] means: Be my guide and take me out of here. It implies a person will accompany you away from the place but the place is not necessarily dangerous, just not great.

The waiter knows beforehand that the bill is required at the end of the meal. The only thing you're saying is that you want the bill now, not later. The request is not time sensitive.

"Why did you knock me out of the game? I thought we were friends." Care should be taken using the phrase, as in more common usage "knocked out" can mean to make someone unconscious.
