18 de feb. de 2021 · all dmc games ranked from worst to best (dmc:devil may cry included) 1: dmc3 & 5. (I haven't made my mind up on which game I like more. 5 has better gameplay overall but I do have alot of gripes with 5 that may seem small to most people, but they did really effect my enjoyment of it.

I believe it’s Devil May Cry, why? Because it’s the first one. Ok we got it. What now though? What do you do after 1? Probably 2. And wouldn’t you believe that? There actually is a game called devil May cry 2! And there you have it, you just go on with devil may cry 3 then 4 and, oh my, they even made devil may cry 5!

1 is the first DMC game. It's the simplest, so you start on even footing and can understand where the series began. 3 is chronoogically first (it's a prequel). It has much better gameplay than DMC1, though, so playing it first may spoil DMC1.
