Ruan mei has the similar trace of giving damage bonus to team scaling with Break effect on her skill. Because you have a lot of %dmg already, wind dmg% will give diminishing returns and atk% is better.

Her third major trace gives her Wind DMG bonus equivalent to 60% of her EHR, capping at 72%, which is achieved at exactly 120% EHR. This is a major damage increase, and gives a larger total increase than what’s gained from substituting part of it for any other stat.

Which team is better out of: Black Swan/Kafka/Ruan Mei/healer. Or. Black Swan/Kafka/Guinaifen/healer. Presume non-5 star LCs as I'm only in it to pull the characters lol. 1.
Guinafen in particular should do well with her even at e0. Luka is harder to say. He is very single target focused and black Swan excels in multi target fights. Sampo also is not so hot without e4. One neat thing though is with enough external energy regen I think you could chain black swans ulti with some luck and good play on enemies at mc9.

She's likes EHR up to 120% (I would say you don't need exactly 120% the same way as Ruan Mei needs 180% BE, but EHR is the most premium stat on her regardless). Then, as much Attack and Speed as you can fit on her. DoT set and Glamoth. EHR to 120% then SPD to 160 then ATK.
