How alive is athena wow cata server? As title is asking, I'm wondering how active this server truly is. After 4 days of playing on it I feel as the websites active player count is far off as the realm feels much more dead than they put on.

28 de oct. de 2023 · Just curious to see what people will do. No group will invite you to a raid on Whitemane unless you have 370-375 ilvl, which is more than you can get from regular dungeon currency.

I am in 2 different guilds with 2 chars and there are 50+ people online every time I log in and i meet people outside cities while leveling. Dungeon finder gets me a party within 5 - 10 min max. This is my 3rd private server since I came back to wow a month ago and I'm personally very happy with the experience.
Given that one of the #1 choke points of botting is the auction house, it would stand to reason that any proper server administration team would focus some effort on deeply investigating the most active participants in the auction house from time to time.
Low population. Census scans showed 870 people yesterday 1h after launch, so 400 more than Neltharion at least and there was 450 people on world chat only which is crossfaction, already drama with admin selling generated/banned characters and faking population (go to r/wowserversdrama because I don't want to get banned).
16 de may. de 2021 · Yo jugaba Athenas Wow. Estaba en la versión Cataclismo, pero ahora actualizaron a Pandaria. Aún mantienen las dos expansiones pero el 90% de jugadores se pasó a Pandaria.
There are many opinions about this, but I think that this feature is non-standard enough to justify it being a paid service, since you can easily just pick the race whose traits you want from the start for free.
