In 1957, John H. Francis Polytechnic High School relocated to Sun Valley, CA and Trade-Tech (at the time Frank Wiggins Trade School) took over the Washington Blvd campus. Today, Trade-Tech is the oldest campus in the Los Angeles Community College District.
