Matt Rubano is an exceptional musician and bassist, perhaps a bit too good for TBS. Shaun, on the other hand, is a bit more reserved with his playing, but he fits the bill in terms of what the band needs. Also had the chance to meet Shaun years ago, very nice and polite dude. Told him I loved Happiness Is and he kept saying thanks haha.
