I find it hilarious that people in other threads are seriously trying to argue that freaking Kylian Mbappe is not a big game player, when Harry Kane exists, the very definition of 'not a big game player'. And it's always someone else fault.

27 de abr. de 2011 · I still don’t understand why the likes of Shearer last night were saying that there was no way Kane was ever going to be dropped for the final. it’s not like there isn’t a famous precedent from the only time England actually won a trophy. 17 de ago. de 2024 · He’s won more in his first season at United than Harry Kane did in his entire career, so not a great comparison. I also doubt Ronaldo cares about trophies in Saudi, its all been about his personal stats for years, outside of international tournaments. I would like to see that, I think it would be highly entertaining if nothing else.
10 de jul. de 2024 · Kane needs to not go back past the centre circle. If he starts creeping back towards England's Penalty area Spain will get 70%possession or more. Will depend on "moments" going Englands way, which is ridiculous given their squad...a braver manager would fight to win the trophy...Gareth's hoping to win, not expecting to.
12 de jul. de 2021 · He should’ve learned his lesson about trying to be a football snob when he was such an average player himself, especially after thinking it was really funny to laugh and take the piss out of an 18-year-old Harry Kane and tell his Spurs teammates that he couldn’t even kick a ball. Anyone listening to VDV needs his head checking.
15 de dic. de 2015 · Its pretty clear that Harry Kane was not fully fit, as neither was Luke Shaw; so why did Southgate include them? To be fair Kane could have started on the bench and come on later, but, just as happened with Bryan Robson, David Beckham and Wayne Rooney, an England manager hasnt got the guts to leave certain injured players out.

Even if they somehow manage to blow the league this season (which I don’t think will happen anyway), he’ll still get it next season, or he’ll get one of the cups. Jan 21, 2024.
