Changed how migrated XML string is grabbed from ProfileMigration class. Fixed issues with converting of older profiles from earlier DS4Windows versions including Jays2Kings builds. Force waiting for mapper routine to be over before switching profiles. Fixes BT lightbar issues primarily with DualSense.
