A high heat race is a night mode race in NFS Heat that requires a certain level of heat (attention from the cops) to take part in. There’s two kinds of ‘high heat races’: Heat 3 and Heat 5. These races require you to have (yup you guessed it!) the respective heat level to play the races.
TL;DR - Reach Level 50, win and unlock all Ultimate parts (rewarded from both High Heat 3 and High Heat 5 races), then when all of those parts become available, win and unlock the Ultimate+ parts (rewarded from High Heat 5 races only, and only after unlocking the Ultimate parts).
