It’s because after the Montreal Screwjob Shawn Michael’s and HHH kept calling out Owen Hart and referring to him as the “Last Nugget to flush down the toilet” meaning the The last remaining member of the Hart Dynasty left in the WWF.
This was just before I started watching wrestling, so my only knowledge of this angle is from WWF Attitude on the N64, where Owen would yell "I am NOT a nugget!" at the start of a match. I never understood it as a kid.
