In the episode, the Eleventh Doctor—a time travelling alien played by Matt Smith—and his companion Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) are summoned by River Song, a mysterious woman from the Doctor's future. She takes them to the planet Alfava Metraxis, where the spaceship Byzantium has crashed.
12 de dic. de 2023 · Despite this short Weeping Angels episode clocking in at a mere 3 minutes and being penned by small children as a tie-in to the 2012 London Olympics, "Good As Gold" still features Matt Smith and Karen Gillan, so it can be considered Doctor Who canon (more or less).
