Killer Queen's powers revolve around setting up different kinds of bombs that can annihilate Kira's enemies in one blast, making it a very dangerous Stand to face.
He only takes control of the situation when he catches his opponent off guard. This is best shown in his fight against Shigechi, who’s one the best stand users of the part. He immediately gets Kira dead to rights and Kira only gets out of it because Shigechi didn’t know what Killer Queen did.

Killer Queen loses in melee combat to a lot of close range stands. It has a lot of abilities to compensate for this, but there are still some stands that would be immune to SHA and easily kill KQ, like Hangman and Cream.
Killer Queen however, seems to be the exact opposite of Kira. It looks like a boxer or MMA fighter. It's a bright pink that makes it stand out, and it's surprisingly beefy considering that whenever it gets into a close quarters fight it almost always gets its ass handed to it.
